			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey it&#8217;s Bath personal trainer Joe Haines and today I am going to show you one of my favourite workouts&#8230; &#8216;The Dumbell Dominator&#8217;!</p>
<p>This workout only requries the use of a dumbell and is a real all over body fat burner! Just complete each exercise for 1 minute and do one after another, then take a 3 minute break in between each circuit and repeat for 3 circuits. The workout should last around 30 minutes, so give it a go in your next gym session.</p>

<p>I have been working on some core/abs exercises with my <a href="http://www.fit90bath.com">Fit90 Members</a>  to come up with the ultimate abs workout that I call &#8216;The Abs Trifecta&#8217;.</p>
<p>This most awesome of abs workouts is designed to activate and strengthen the core musculature. So rather than wait until the end of your workout, why not do this 3 minute trifecta right after your warm up, before the main workout. This way you are going to feel the abs during every exercise and it will help you to engage the core more effectively whilst doing them.</p>

<p>Here is my latest workout created for YOU! Our members did this in one of our <a href="http://www.fit90bath.com">Fit90</a> workouts and the session was buzzing! It is called the &#8216;Barbell Blitz&#8217; because all you need is a barbell and it gives you a real all-over-body workout so that you can be burning calories even when your at home watching TV! <p><em>&#8220;<strong>which is the best exercise to work my abs</strong>?&#8221;,</em> <em>&#8220;<strong>am I eating too many nuts?</strong></em> <em><strong>I hear they can make me fat!</strong>&#8220;,</em>  As a personal trainer in bath, these are some of the quesitons I have been asked in the last couple of weeks, but I have tried to come up with one thing that trumps all the others if you are looking for fat loss, and quick fat loss at that.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Now hear me out&#8230; because I already know you know that sugar isn’t the best thing for you! And I don&#8217;t want to just tell you this, I want to give you an action plan! But first, you need to understand a little about why you are going to follow my action plan! You see, too much sugar causes your body to produce a lot of insulin to counter the high blood sugar levels! Another example of how the body always tries to look out for you! The touble is, too much insulin being produced causes your body to store fat! So even if you are doing heaps of training, you will still strugle to burn fat!</p>
